How are files transferred to my website?
Upon joining the Web Street family, we will provide you with the upload information you will need to upload your files. FTP (file transfer protocol) is used to upload your files. Some popular software types of FTP are Cute FTP and WS-FTP.

Does Web Street accept international orders?
Web Street hosts websites from all over the world. Because of the reach of the internet, international orders are not treated differently.

What payment and contract terms are available?
Visa, Master Card and checks, Payments are due annually. No contracts are in effect; the service is month to month.

Will I have the ability to make changes to my website?
Yes. Web Street will issue you a user name and password. With this information you can make changes and administer the information on your website.

How do I change my web site?
Changes to your website content are made by the designer or by the individual who is responsible. This process is accomplished by using an HTML editor or WSYWIG software.

Does anyone else have access to my website to make changes?
Web Street will only release upload information to persons authorized by you. Authorization changes may be made by mail or fax on company letterhead or by issuance of your name and password via e-mail.
